A simpler and cheaper way of hanging your punch bag where a boxing bag frame or bracket can't be used, we recommend a ceiling hook where possible. You will need an overhead joist that you can fit to, you need to ensure the joist is substantial enough to carry the weight of a swinging punch bag (consult a builder if unsure).
